Vilnius Jewish Community Centre
The Jewish Community Centre is located in a large structure on Pylimo 4 in central Vilnius, which previously housed the famed Tarbut Academy. The centre offers a range of social and cultural programs catering to Vilnius' 4,000-strong Jewish community, including: children's and toddler's groups, activities for youth and seniors, Jewish cooking and Yiddish classes, conferences and seminars and two special volunteer programmes for survivors of the ghettos and camps, and the partisans and Red Army, respectively.
